Who should be the main point of contact for questions about the event? Who will manage sign-ups?
The Information Center personnel will not handle money (cash or checks). The event organizer may choose 1) on-line payment; 2) “pay at the door”, or 3) make other arrangement not involving Information Center personnel. The event organizer must explain these options in their publicity.
Please don't ask for sign-ups if you don't really need them.
